01. Our Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website or engaging the services of Gaggles Logistics Limited, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our services include but are not limited to clearing and forwarding, transport logistics, and warehousing within Tanzania and across East African borders.

• All services are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate cargo descriptions and documentation for TRA clearance.
• Gaggles Logistics Limited reserves the right to refuse cargo that does not comply with international or local safety standards.
• Transit times are estimates and may vary due to border status or port authority operations.

02. Service Engagement

A formal service agreement or clearing mandate must be signed before Gaggles Logistics Limited executes any port or border operations. Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated in writing and may result in adjusted timelines or fees.

03. Port & Customs Compliance

Gaggles Logistics Limited acts as an intermediary with the Tanzanian Revenue Authority (TRA) and other regulatory bodies. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, document verification, or changes in government tariffs and import regulations.

04. Liability & Insurance

While Gaggles Logistics Limited takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your cargo, clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive marine and transit insurance. Our liability is limited according to standard industry protective clauses unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

We are not responsible for force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or port strikes that may impede the delivery of logistics services.

05. Payment Terms

All logistics fees, including agency charges, port fees, and estimated duties, are payable in advance or according to the agreed credit terms. Failure to provide funds for TRA duties will result in clearance delays for which Gaggles Logistics Limited is not responsible.
